Online requests

Submitting a request through this website does not confirm a rental and does not charge you. You may withdraw an unconfirmed request at no charge by contacting Camera Matrix at Cameramatrixrentals@gmail.com or +256 704 738 156. Since the website does not collect payment, there is no website payment to refund at this stage.

Confirmed bookings

Before you accept or pay for a confirmed booking, Camera Matrix will give you written terms stating any deposit, cancellation deadline, late-cancellation or no-show treatment, refund amount or deductions, and expected refund timing. Those terms form part of the quote/confirmation. No payment should be requested until those terms and the full price have been disclosed.

Refund requests

Contact Camera Matrix using the email or WhatsApp above and include your booking ID and payment details (do not send card passwords, PINs, or one-time codes). Refunds will be handled through the original payment method where practicable, within the period stated in the applicable confirmation and subject to mandatory law.

For each confirmed booking, the written quote will state the applicable cancellation deadline, deposit treatment, late-cancellation or no-show rule, and refund timing before payment is requested.
